Consular, passport and notarial services

Consular and passport services continue to be provided by appointment. The contact number for appointments for consular services is (+62 31) 9920 3200 and appointments can be made online at https://australianconsulategeneralsurabaya.setmore.com/ If the Embassy or Consulate is closed, please contact our Consular Emergency Centre: +61 2 6261 3305 if you have an urgent request.
